My career has lived at that intersection — software engineering at Amazon, then solutions engineering at Twilio. Each move closer to the customer, but never far from the code. Now I'm building GTM at Notion, helping teams rethink how knowledge and work actually move.

I think in systems and talk in outcomes. That combination tends to be useful.
